They couldn’t bring everyone with them, so they decided to bottle the essence of their journey, crafting a hot sauce that would share the magic of Mexico with those they loved.

Sourcing the finest chiles from across Mexico, they brought them to Tijuana, just a short drive from their homes in Southern California. There, they combined the culinary knowledge passed down by local families, street vendors, and professional chefs to create something truly special.
