Refunds & Exchanges
Because AMANTE products are food items, we do not accept product returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at amante@amantehotsauce.com. We’ll review your request and, when appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
To help us assist you, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once we receive your information, we’ll review the issue and determine the best resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please keep the product and original packaging until your issue has been resolved.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Once processed, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund has been processed but do not see it in your account, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipped.
