Welcome to AMANTE Hot Sauce. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amantehotsauce.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, content, features, or functionality made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by AMANTE Hot Sauce (“AMANTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, as well as any other policies or terms referenced on the Site, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

AMANTE sells food products, including hot sauces and related products, through the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, packaging, or other visual representations will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

Product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict sales to particular individuals or locations, or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

Certain products may be available only while supplies last.

3. PRODUCT USE

Our products are intended to be used as food products and according to their intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing product information, including ingredient and allergen information provided on the Site or product packaging, before consuming our products.

If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or other concern regarding a product, please review the applicable product information carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have questions.

AMANTE is not responsible for a customer's misuse, improper storage, or improper handling of our products after delivery.

4. ORDERS AND PURCHASES

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that AMANTE has accepted your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution without authorization
  • Shipping or delivery limitations
  • Errors in customer or payment information

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an applicable refund to the original method of payment.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, promotional, or other errors on the Site, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We use Shopify and third-party payment providers to process transactions. Your payment information is handled according to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information for all purchases.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside AMANTE's control.

AMANTE is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Because AMANTE products are food items, we do not accept product returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at amante@amantehotsauce.com.

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please review that policy for information regarding eligibility, required documentation, damaged or incorrect orders, refunds, and order changes or cancellations.

8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Brand names
  • Product names

  • Images

is owned by or licensed to AMANTE and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use AMANTE's trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property without our written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, idea, or other content to AMANTE (“User Content”), you represent that:

We are not obligated to publish, maintain, or respond to any User Content.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
